4 Transmitter Options: RF512, RF513, RF516, RF515

Transmitters are waterproof and include an LCD for instant data display and an LED for local alarm indication. Three models cover every temperature and humidity requirement and each incorporates advanced RF technology to maximize range and satisfy the highest levels of data integrity.

RF512: has an integral temperature sensor plus connectors for two external thermistor probes and an external door sensor.
RF513: has integral temperature and humidity sensors and a connector for an external door sensor.
RF516: is a precision temperature transmitter with an integral temperature sensor plus connectors for one external PT100 probe and an external door sensor.

Since 2002, the CheckPoint software has been put through the paces and exceeded the demands of numerous hospitals and labs, including the challenging environments of NASA and FDA laboratories.

Two-way communication and expanded individual sensor memory protects against any data loss caused by a network interruption, computer malfunction or other system failure. This makes CheckPoint G3 the most robust and reliable wireless sensor system on the market today.

CheckPoint is also designed to be highly scalable. It will function as a standalone system monitoring just a few sensors in a limited area, while affording you the option to expand at any time into a fully networked environment simultaneously monitoring hundreds of refrigerators located both in your facility and in multiple remote buildings.

Temp Trak® is a 900 MHz FHSS (902-928 MHz) wireless based temperature/humidity/status system. The transmitter is only 3.5" x 1.7" x .9" (8.9 cm x 4.3 cm x 2.29 cm) in size and operates on a 2/3rds replaceable lithium battery with an average life expectancy of 2 - 5 years, depending on sampling frequency. Temp Trak supports temperature ranges from -200ºC to 425ºC as well as temperature/humidity sensors allowing for the monitoring of temperature from -28ºC to 65ºC and 0% to 100% RH. . This temperature range allows Temp Trak to support most any storage environment currently found. Temp Trak is currently installed in over 250 healthcare facilities, some with over 1,000 temperature points monitored and nearly 50 outbuildings/clinics and covering all departments including:

As well as temperature and humidity sensors, Temp Trak also features a contact sensor that can detect a normally open or normally closed status. The contact sensors can be configured in conjunction with either temperature or temperature/humidity sensors to create diagnostic as well as temperature alerts. Additionally, it will tell you the number of times the door has been opened over a given period, how long each time the door was open and the accumulative time.

Temp Trak has a base receiver that can be connected either serially to computer or directly to a local area network. It is designed so that one system can cover an entire facility, as well as outbuildings, remote locations, such as clinics, etc.

Temp Trak RF is designed to co-exist with other 900 MHz systems without causing interference or requiring any modifications to existing RF systems. It is fully compatible with Spectralink 900 MHz Telephone Systems.

Temp Trak provides a whole host of user-friendly reports from hourly to daily to monthly. The reports can be graphic or numeric. The software is designed to recognize user identity and only provide the information that the user is approved to view. Users are also configurable for read-access only. When an event occurs, Temp Trak tracks the event from the time of occurrence until the time the event is cleared and records all the corrective actions for reporting purposes. Temp Trak logs monitor any event within the software from user access to configuration changes, for detailed auditing.

Temp Trak can also be integrated into meal delivery systems to track food from the point of preparation through distribution in a hospital.
