Choose Your System

Point-to-Point System:
Two-way dedicated sending & receiving system, designed to transfer carriers with contents between two designated locations. This system is ideal when the job requires information sharing from two different locations without the need to interrupt production for transfer.

Semi-Automatic System:
The Semi-Automatic systems function with a main station as a transfer hub and can be set-up to deliver and receive from multiple remote stations. Remote stations are configured to only send directly to the main station, whereas the designated main station can send to any of the remote stations. These systems are ideal when information is collected from multiple departments and processed at a central department. It is easily expandable for additional locations, and can be easily upgraded to a fully-automatic system.

Fully-Automatic System:
The Fully-Automatic system integrates an entire network of stations to transfer documents, cash, lab samples, medications or small items from all points. In this system, all destinations can send and receive to each of the other stations. This system is typically used when a larger number of interacting stations are needed (usually four or more). The Fully-Automatic system is an affordable option for facilities requiring high volume transfer and is easily expandable at any time. Additionally, this system uses up to 50% less electricity with pneumatically controlled devices as opposed to electric-mechanical devices.

• Pevco CARRIER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM™ - ensures a supply of empty carriers by delivering them to stations that need them, automatically. After a delivery is received, the user simply returns the empty carrier to the system. The system computer determines whether to send the carrier directly to another station or place it in storage units built into the tube system. The system monitors the carrier count at each station and automatically sends empty carriers to stations in need. In addition, any user lacking carriers can request one with the touch of a button and an empty carrier is delivered to the requesting station in seconds. Decrease or eliminate telephone requests for empty carriers and save time - a must for busy labs, pharmacies and emergency rooms.

• Pevco DELIVERY STATIONS - with the touch of a button, Pevco Delivery Stations quickly and safely transport pharmaceuticals, lab specimens, blood products and medical supplies between emergency rooms, labs, nurses’ stations, operating rooms and pharmacies. Easy to use, and reliable too, our delivery stations come in an assortment of designs and sizes to accommodate any hospital environment. And all stations feature advanced, user-friendly Smart Control panels. Whether a hospital needs to add one station to an existing system, or dozens of stations to a new facility, our designers work with hospital architects, facility planners and management to determine the best stations to suit their space, budget and usage requirements. • Pevco DIVERTERS & BLOWERS - are designed and built for one purpose - hospital pneumatic tube delivery systems. Our diverters and blowers are built to reduce downtime and make maintenance trouble-free. We use off-the-shelf components, so spare parts are always close at hand - whether shipped from our warehouse in Baltimore or from a hospital’s local industrial supply company.

• Pevco LEAK-RESISTANT CARRIERS - are designed for worry-free transport of all medical materials. Our carriers are made of durable plastic and come with a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The patented design safely contains fumes and odors within an airtight body, and the carriers’ leak-resistant seal, steel hinge and latches protect against spills. Our carriers are designed to be durable and easy to maintain. Long-wearing, replaceable gasket seals, Velcro wear bands and low-profile latches ensure that carriers will hold up under high-use conditions.
